The OPTIMA Trial webinar series aims to regroup clinicians of all backgrounds in an interactive discussion on the implementation and expansion of flexible models of care for OUD. The first regional roundtable on December 1st at 12pm PST will be hosted in BC! We will hear from a multidisciplinary group of expert clinicians including Dr. Eugenia Socias, Dr. Alana Hirsh, Dr. Paxton Bach, Mona Kwong, Emma Garrod and Zachary Matieschyn. Moderated by: Sam Robinson.

After outlining the findings of the national OPTIMA trial, this multidisciplinary panel of clinicians will discuss some of the key considerations, barriers, and benefits around the practice and prescription of take-home doses of OAT in the context of British-Columbia. Through this hour session, the panel will explore next steps on how to implement and optimize flexible models of care for OAT in clinical practice.
